24 September:
Corfe Receives A New Locomotive.
The first RTR locomotive has been test run on Corfe. The
Hornby M7 in LSWR livery was test driven and once some remedial work is carried out to make it compatible with the
current rolling stock it will be seen hauling trains around Corfe on a regular basis.
3 December:
New Fiddle Yard for Corfe.
Corfe Castle, the layout donated to the trust by Ron Rising is
having the fiddle yard rebuilt to provide a better track bed and more storage sidings. The points and track are
handbuilt and laid onto a new baseboard, which will hopefully give better running and improved reliability.
7 January:
Pilmoor Receives New Housing.
The cottages that Paul has been working on for some time have
been put in place. The cottages have been an ongoing project for Paul, amongst other things, for a number of years but
they are now mainly complete and bedded into the landscape.
